Grape jelly?!?! Too funny. And that might explain why they never visit my feeder. hahaha
They actually came with the hummingbirds this year. The grape jelly kept them coming until I got an oriole feeder. The ants like the jelly too
Readers of my blog know that I have -longed- for any yellow bird to visit. I seriously think my house is just too shady and that it is a dream that can’t happen but it amused me so much to think of spreading grape jelly everywhere as a crazed act of desperation. =)
I had a Baltimore Oriole in my yard just the other day; also saw my first hummingbird!! Maybe Spring has finally arrived in Michigan?
